BREEZIE SMOOTHIE
“BREEZIE SMoothie” WILL create THEIR OWN SMOOTHIES IN A HEALTHY, FUN-FILLED, TASTY AND friendly CHALLENGE.
Your group will be divided into teams of 4 to 6 members. Teams must produce a new “Smoothie brand” from the fruits and ingredients provided and needs to be hands-on with their ingredients to complete the challenge before taking part in the taste testing for the judges. Teams must present their new recipe with a creative brand name for their new smoothie creation to the panel of judges. The winning team will be crowned as the Breezie Smoothie champions!
Breezie smoothie challenge is a good way to encourage team collaboration with opportunity for your team to be re-energized for both the body & mind.
The Program:

The group will be divided into teams of 4 to 6 participants

Each team will be choose their own station equipped with the supplies they need to make their own smoothie recipes.

The teams will have to design a corporate logo and create a 30 second commercial for their smoothie. The teams will present their commercial before the judges tasting.

The judging panel will then vote based on the best use of ingredients, taste, teamwork and creativeness. Each team will have the opportunity to try other team’s recipes after the winner is announced.

CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATIER
Challenge your team to become chocolatiers for the day!
For this team bonding challenge, groups will be divided into teams and given a chocolate recipe by the chef. Each team will need to create a box of chocolates for sharing at the end of the challenge. Of course, you will get to taste and take home your own handmade chocolates. Teams will also learn new skills on handmade chocolates, useful tips on tasting, buying and storing fine chocolate.
Team Chocolate Chocolatier workshop includes:
Roll and dip your own truffles
Create amazing chocolate shapes
How to produce delicious fillings
Know about piping, shaping and coating
Understand the chocolate process from bean to bar
Objectives:
Learning and Bonding - Guided by the Master Chocolatier to the art of making delicious truffles by hand using couverture chocolate, fresh ingredients and a variety of natural flavourings.
Working as a team to create a version of the Chocolate Chocolatier that you can be proud of!
SUPER SOUPER
Healthy SUPER SOUPERs FOR THE ONE ON THE GO…..
Team Super Souper will collaborate to create their own soup recipe. You’ll be shown how to create some tasty & nutritious soups by our Master Chef before having a go at making your very own soupies. Teams will also work together to design a logo and create a name for their ‘super souper’. Each team will have the opportunity to enjoy the soup recipes from the different teams after the soup challenge. You may also choose to add on extra courses like salads and desserts to complete the meal.
The Program:
The group will be divided into teams of 4 to 6 members.
Teams will participate in a game as icebreaker.
Each team will be choose their own cooking station equipped with the supplies they need to make a large pot of soup for sharing at the end of the challenge.
Teams will then have the option to create their own soup recipe or choose to follow a recipe from the chef.
Along with their completed soup,the teams will create a short presentation to show off their soup & name before tasting the soups.
The participants will then end the event by enjoying some bread and to taste the soup creations of other teams. Everyone is a winner with this event!

SWEET TOOTH DESSERTS
“Sweet Tooth Desserts” is usually a refreshing way to break up a day of meetings or the perfect decision for an after lunch or dinner event. The preparation & sharing of these sweet desserts offers a fabulous opportunity for bonding for your staffs.
Your group will be divided into teams of 4 to 6 participants. The fun begins straight after as each team comes up with a team name. This can be already hilarious and helps set a tone of excitement and friendly competition for the rest of the event.
Each team will be provided recipes from the Master Chef to create desserts that look every bit as delicious as they taste. Team bonding makes your job easy by providing all the necessary ingredients, utensils and recipes. Be assured that every dish will be made from scratch as your group deserves only the best!
Once complete, everyone can now sample each creation. Then in come the judges. The winners are chosen based on the dessert taste and display, with points also awarded for the leadership and teamwork that went into each team’s effort.
A short debrief follows, giving teams the opportunity to share their team’s desserts, plus discuss what they’ve learned about working as a team. There are always important lessons that any group can implement immediately once they’re back in the workplace. How sweet it is!
