OVERVIEW
 

Join our food tour, personally curated by our local chef, who will guide you and your team through a local wet market. The chef will share his insights and knowledge about the local food scene, highlighting exotic ingredients and their culinary uses. He will also introduce you to some of the famous Archipelago spices that enrich the flavors of Singapore's diverse and historical cuisine. We will visit renowned hawker centers, the heart of Singapore's food culture, to sample classic hawker dishes. After the tour, we’ll return to our culinary studio to cook some of Singapore's signature recipes that are widely enjoyed.
