“Team Cuisine” is specially designed to build collaboration and trust among colleagues. The teams will face planned or impromptu situations and challenges, mirroring a typical day in your company. But rest assured that it isn’t a hell’s kitchen as our friendly chefs will be there to guide you through, no matter what your culinary skills are.
Our professional chefs will demonstrate the inspired “Team Cuisine” dishes whilst also teaching you some knife handling skills. Your challenge will be to out-cook the other teams and create 3 or 4 courses to present to the judges.
We offer the choice of multi-cultured 3-4 course menus, and each menu was meticulously crafted by our master chefs for the variety of culinary techniques required.
You are invited to choose a theme before the event: French, Japanese, Italian are always popular. We will provide the ingredients, from fresh meat to vegetables, sauces and oils, herbs and spices - everything you might need to whip up a delicious meal.
Once your group has gathered and get comfortable, the event starts with our professional chef giving an introduction to kitchen skills and cooking a dish to inspire you. The group will be split into teams of 5-7 people who then head to their own Team Cuisine work stations.
Before the challenge kicks off, the teams are given ample time to plan and create their own courses! Under the supervision of our chef, you’ll create your own signature dish, this may be a variation of an old tradition or maybe something more innovative and fanciful.
Present your dishes to the judges when the time is up. Teams are marked based on presentation, taste and innovation. Remember you need to plan and work together, utilise your team member’s strengths in order to outsmart the other team and win the challenge. Never rush as it will be a recipe for disaster.
